Built-In Display Case
This display case for a client’s pottery and vase collection was a very unique project. The inside of the case is lined with porcelain tile that mimics the look of stone with a matte finish (like slate). Slots create low profile mounts for the thin black matte steel shelves. Different size shelves can be rearranged anywhere in the slot system. LED lighting uses a remote control for a clean look. There’s nothing like a huge smile on the clients’ faces at the end of an installation!

Coffee Table
This coffee table features a live edge (from the edge of the log) finished with a natural oil to maintain the feel. The legs are hand hewn from small tree sections. Shellac then varnish provide protection and a window into the history of the tree.

Rolling Door Hutch
This hutch serves as a room divider between the customer’s living room and dining room. In addition to attractive and useful storage, it hides the back of the couch from the dining room. The top shows live edge to both the living room and the dining room. The two doors roll on barn door hardware scaled down to fit a piece of furniture like this. The doors are made from red pine salvaged after a homeowner needed some trees removed that were too close to their home. Small pine trees were used to create the beautiful natural curved legs.

Rolling Barn Door
The panel material in this door is salvaged southern yellow pine siding from an Amish barn in Ohio. The stiles and rails (the perimeter frame) are salvaged Douglas fir from doors built in the early 20th century. The master bedroom entryway features an interlocking jamb for more privacy than might be normally needed with a barn door for a pantry or closet.

Shadow Boxes
These display cases are set into the wall for a lower profile while maintaining space to display the owner’s collectibles. The wood is reclaimed southern yellow pine with an oil finish. The shelves’ live edges add to the rustic look that blends with the home’s style.

Bath Vanity
This vanity is built to 39″ comfort height and features extensive storage. The bottom center drawer is sized to store the toilet tissue, leaving the other six drawers for additional storage. The leg and end panel design invoke a furniture look to the piece while a hidden black toe kick makes vacuuming easier by closing off the hard to reach areas.

Color Match
The paint color on this vanity was custom tinted to match the oil-rubbed bronze finish on the sink faucet.
